This is small, but great. We always want to know if you purchased our key and did it successfully.
Yesterday Mr. Shelbie Dickinson bought the product for the second time and used it, he thought it would be as easy as the last time.
Unfortunately, our key authentication server had an error and was unable to perform a reset of his printer.
He contacted us to ask why, I am Online so promptly informed him to wait 3 to 6 hours to wait for the server to be fixed.
After that I didn’t hear back from him, and in the afternoon of the same day I saw that the Server was up, so I sent him an email to notify him to reset his printer.
Unexpectedly, after a short time he emailed back and informed that he had successfully fixed his printer.

Thank you so much!!!!! I KNEW it was a super easy thing to do and that swore that I did was purchase the key and click on a couple of things and it was done! I was so confused yesterday when that wouldn’t work!
I just tried it again and it was literally 2 clicks and turning the printer off and back on! Fixed! Amen! I can do that!
